Shakira is about to start her world tour titled “Women Don’t Cry Anymore”, which will take her to different countries to sing her greatest hits as well as her new songs. This will mark her return to the stage after her “El Dorado Tour” in 2018.

The singer is very busy rehearsing to deliver an amazing show, but despite her tight schedule, Shakira found time to do a good deed.

An Unforgettable Meeting with a Special Fan

Shakira visited the Sunrise Day Camp-South foundation in Florida, USA, and had the opportunity to meet Zoé, a young girl fighting cancer. Zoé is a big fan of the singer, and this meeting was a dream come true for her.

During their meeting, Zoé asked Shakira to dance together to the famous ‘Waka Waka’, the song that became very popular during the 2010 South Africa World Cup. In addition, Shakira gave Zoé two signed vinyl records of her latest album and they took photos together, creating unforgettable memories for Zoé.

Zoé’s mother, Suzy Stone, shared her emotions on social media. She expressed her gratitude for Shakira’s gesture: “More than her talent, what I admire about Shakira is her big heart. This gesture gave my daughter a boost of hope and happiness during such a difficult time.”
